Shipping Locations

We currently deliver to most locations across India through our trusted courier partners.

If your location is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you regarding your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sale events, festive seasons, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal shipping charge, which will be displayed during checkout.
  • Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if offered, will also be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • A tracking link will be shared via Email and SMS.
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided.

If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours after dispatch, please contact our support team.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of such orders.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.
  • Take clear photographs of the package.
  • Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Being Naughty shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
